itD is seeking a Program Manager to drive strategic go-to-market initiatives that accelerate business growth, improve sales effectiveness, and ensure seamless execution across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in program management, sales strategy and operations, and GTM execution, with a proven track record of delivering scalable programs, driving organizational alignment, and producing measurable business outcomes.

Lead the design, launch, and execution of strategic go-to-market programs that support business growth and sales performance objectives.
Develop program charters, success metrics, milestone plans, and stakeholder communication strategies to ensure program alignment and accountability.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to drive execution and remove operational barriers.
Support sales acceleration initiatives by developing operational frameworks that improve seller productivity, pipeline progression, and conversion outcomes.
Track program health, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key performance indicators while providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and quarterly business review materials for leadership audiences.
Manage follow-through on strategic initiatives by documenting decisions, tracking action items, and ensuring accountability across teams.
Identify gaps in go-to-market execution, seller readiness, or business coverage and develop structured program solutions to address them.
Contribute to the development of operating rhythms, planning cycles, and governance processes that strengthen organizational execution discipline.
Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
5+ years of program or project management experience within a Go-to-Market (GTM), Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or related environment.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs from planning through execution, measurement, and reporting.
Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations teams within a matrixed organization.
Experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment without direct authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations, status reports, scorecards, and business reviews.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs, program metrics, and business outcomes.
Experience managing multiple priorities, risks, dependencies, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
Experience supporting Sales Acceleration, GTM Execution, Sales Enablement, or Sales Strategy initiatives.
Familiarity with networking industry products, solutions, and go-to-market motions.
Experience building executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting frameworks.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting field sales organizations through structured programs, campaigns, or coverage initiatives.
Background working within technology, networking, or enterprise software environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
