Let’s Talk about the Role
The Subsystem Program Manager will lead the development and maintenance of integrated schedules for new wind technology programs, ensuring every phase of the project lifecycle is executed with precision and technical alignment.
You will act as a central coordinator, bridging the gap between engineering teams, system leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, manage resources, and keep complex projects on track. Your work will be essential to ensuring our technology reaches the market efficiently, helping us maintain our commitment to sustainable energy.
How You Will Make a Difference
• Leading the end-to-end management of integrated program schedules to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Building alignment between engineering, product, and systems teams to facilitate smooth program execution and rapid gap identification.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align program needs and identify critical delivery dates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Improving subsystem operations by supporting daily management routines, standardizing processes, and tracking key performance metrics.
• Developing and executing scenario planning to navigate complex program challenges and drive effective problem-solving.
Skills for Success
You should be a motivated, organized leader who excels in global, cross-functional environments, with:
• The ability to manage complex project schedules and track integrated milestones throughout a product's lifecycle.
• The capability to work effectively across diverse, global teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• An understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to apply them to technical engineering programs.
• Expertise in identifying roadblocks early and leading the coordination required to resolve them.
• A keen interest in wind energy technology and the innovation processes that bring new products to market.
A formal education in an Engineering discipline is required for this role, as it provides the foundation needed to understand our technical project requirements.
