Impediment Removal: Proactively identify, track, and resolve roadblocks and technical dependencies affecting the team's sprint goals.
Team Coaching: Guide the development team toward self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and high performance.
Product Owner Alignment: Partner closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is healthy, well-refined, and prioritized.
Metrics & Tracking: Maintain Agile metrics (such as Velocity and Burn-down charts) to improve sprint predictability and team capacity planning.
Process Improvement: Drive constructive Retrospectives that result in actionable steps to improve the team’s software delivery lifecycle.
Certification: First-level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent).
Experience: 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master within a software engineering or technical team environment.
Agile Tooling: Deep proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Mindset: A strong servant-leadership mindset with a passion for continuous learning and mentoring.
