This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, responsible for driving excellence across a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives. You will shape and implement governance frameworks that ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability across multiple programs. The role requires partnering closely with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into structured, measurable execution plans. You will oversee portfolio health, optimize resource allocation, and ensure dependencies, risks, and outcomes are proactively managed. Acting as a key connector across teams, you will bring clarity and momentum to complex, cross-functional initiatives. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly dynamic, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Accountabilities:

  • Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks that align initiatives with organizational strategy and ensure consistent execution standards.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards, reporting tools, and portfolio insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Oversee portfolio health including resource allocation, dependencies, risks, priorities, and performance tracking across initiatives.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring clear structure, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate governance and portfolio review forums with senior leadership, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Drive executive communication, providing clear updates, recommendations, and strategic insights.
  • Partner with leadership teams to operationalize strategic objectives and drive organizational alignment.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, PMO leadership, consulting, or operations roles.
    • Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions.
    • Deep understanding of portfolio governance, program management methodologies, and operational best practices.
    • Proven ability to build executive reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance measurement systems.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
    • Experience managing risks, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and delivery outcomes in dynamic environments.
    • Preferred: experience with enterprise AI tools, PMO scaling, transformation programs, or certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma.
