Technical Program Manager, Digital Security

Job Description

We are looking for a new team member who is inquisitive and capable around shaping and delivering change and driving delivery. Anchored in Digital Security, you will be leading initiatives around Technology Risk Remediation and core governance and compliance activities, ensuring The LEGO Group is safe, secure, and resilient.

Core Responsibilities

  • Scoping, requirements, and defining objectives for delivery
  • Working with diverse partners to communicate and secure support for delivery
  • Applying standard methodology for change delivery in a flexible environment, including risk, assumption, issue, dependency, and decision / change management
  • Role model behaviours and approaches for applying the agile perspective in a pragmatic way
  • Working with ambiguity to identify and address business needs
  • Collaboration and leadership behaviours to drive, motivate, and support team members in delivery
  • Transparent tracking, management, and reporting of progress towards objectives.

Our team builds and runs our central Digital Security, which is centre-point to our ambition of being a risk-led supporting function of The LEGO Group’s mission.

The Technical Program Manager role will be essential in driving value through delivery of change objectives and understanding its contribution to overall strategic objectives.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven track record of delivery in Project, Programme, and Agile environments
  • Excellent core Project Management competencies in Risk, Assumption, Issue, and Dependency (RAID) management
  • Experience working with Agile Ways of Working.
  • Ability to work in high ambiguity environments, and perform scoping activities alongside change delivery management
  • Strong documentation and traceability competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Communicate, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Role model, lead, and motivate teams
