The Lead Program Governance Technical Program Manager plays a critical role at the center of these efforts-ensuring strategic priorities are translated into structured, measurable, and predictable delivery across multiple teams and domains. This role focuses on bringing clarity to ambiguity, establishing governance frameworks, and enabling continuous improvement through data-driven insights, while serving as a trusted partner to engineering, product, and leadership teams. You will act as the connective layer across the organization, ensuring programs are aligned, risks are managed, and outcomes are successfully delivered.
ROLE
In this role, you will lead the execution and governance of a portfolio of complex technical programs, organizing and accelerating delivery across multiple teams and dependent organizations. You will create and implement mechanisms for program tracking, reporting, and execution control, serving as the single source of truth for status and ensuring stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and actionable insights. You will proactively identify and remove blockers, bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces, and establish predictable delivery patterns for large-scale initiatives. Partnering closely with product, engineering, and operations teams, you will align business strategy with execution while evaluating technical approaches for scalability, performance, and reliability. You will also drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, enhancing visibility through metrics, and implementing scalable governance frameworks. Additionally, you will communicate effectively across all levels of the organization-including senior executives—and contribute to mentoring, recruiting, and building a high-performing TPM community.

You are highly effective operating in ambiguous situations, with the ability to break down complex problems, create structured plans, and drive outcomes with minimal guidance. You are a data-driven decision maker with a focus on metrics, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable results. You excel at influencing and aligning stakeholders across engineering, product, and leadership teams, and are recognized for your ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels, including executive audiences. You also demonstrate a strong commitment to mentorship, talent development, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
