Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire an Principal Configuration Analyst (A-03 Level) to join its team. This position is located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program.

What You Get To Do:
This role will report to operating Segment Configuration Management / Data Management, and Program Change Engineering Lead and will work directly with Configuration and Data Management (CM/DM-PCE) leadership in a wide array of tasks associated with both configuration and data management disciplines.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plan meeting agendas, conduct meetings, and record meeting minutes
Control technical baselines, and track configuration status
Perform document reviews to include classification markings, data rights markings, and formatting
Familiarity with development and transfer of technical baselines, and conducting configuration audits
Develop Data Management products
Knowledge and experience with both Contractor Data Requirement List (CDRL) and Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL) processes
Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems
Perform research and determine the best option from a variety of options without manager guidance
Provide detailed CM/DM subject matter knowledge to both internal and external stakeholders when requested
Represent your organization as a prime contact on your assigned contract or project
Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations
Basic Qualifications:
5 Years experience with a bachelor's degree, 3 year with a Master's degree or 1 year with PhD. An additional 4 Years of direct Configuration Management or Data Management experience can be considered ‘in lieu’ of a degree
Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
Experience must be direct Configuration Management or Data Management Experience in a DoD Environment
Preferred Qualifications
NG CPLM or Siemens Teamcenter Experience
Siemens NX and/or Capital Experience
JIRA, SharePoint Experience
ICBM Weapon Systems Experience
Familiarity with EIA-649 and/or MIL-HDBK-61

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
