Responsibilities:
A seasoned Delivery Lead with 12+ years of experience in software development and digital transformation to lead enterprise-scale delivery programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile execution, leading pre-sales activities, and ensuring timely delivery of complex technology solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
Mandatory skill sets:
Delivery & Program Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
Manage cross-functional development teams, optimize resources, define milestones, and ensure timely delivery aligned with strategic business objectives.
Own engagement management activities including contract preparation, client billing, risk & quality management, project finance management, and stakeholder management.
Drive data-driven decision-making to improve delivery outcomes and operational efficiency.
Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement
Actively participate in pre-sales activities including solution ideation, effort estimation, proposal development, and RFP/ RFI responses.
Conduct client presentations, demos, and workshops to articulate technical solutions and delivery approaches.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships through regular interactions, business reviews, and strategic advisory.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to revenue growth.
Collaborate with the sales and solutions team to craft compelling value propositions for prospective clients.
Agile & Scrum Leadership
Champion Agile execution across delivery teams, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
Act as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach for teams, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
Set up and manage project tracking tools including components, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
Ensure robust risk and quality management practices across all engagements
Stakeholder & People Management
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and senior leadership to translate business needs into actionable delivery plans.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and integration challenges proactively.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery teams; drive people management and talent development initiatives.
Preferred skill sets:
· Certifications: Professional certifications are highly advantageous.
Years of experience required:
10-13 years.
Education qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
