Inventory & Data Integrity: Manage Carbon Credit allocation and inventory reconciliation (1M+ credits annually) within Salesforce’s Net Zero Cloud (NZC).
Energy Agreements: Oversee Virtual Power Purchase Agreements (VPPAs), including Finance coordination, invoice routing, and EAC retirement schedules.
RFP Operations: Lead Carbon Credit RFP operations, including supplier pipeline development and Scout submissions.
Process Excellence: Drive continuous operational process improvement, develop comprehensive runbooks, and support cross-functional transitions with the broader Impact Operations team.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations, program management, procurement, or a related field—preferably within sustainability, climate, or corporate ESG.
Workflow Management: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder workflows with high accuracy, attention to detail, and independence.
Technical & Financial Tools: Proficiency with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Scout, or similar) and financial tracking mechanisms.
