We are seeking a highly driven self-starter with exceptional program-level delivery experience to join Anaplan in UAE. This is a rare, high-impact opportunity to lay the groundwork and shape the success of our most strategic enterprise customers across the Middle East.

You will bring a proven track record of leading complex, high-stakes implementations—ideally within Supply Chain, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Workforce Planning. Thriving at the intersection of delivery and strategic advisory, you will scope, negotiate, manage escalations, and serve as an indispensable partner to both customer and internal stakeholders. From C-level executives to daily end-users, you will excel at influencing decisions and cementing your status as a trusted advisor.
This is a hands-on leadership position tailor-made for a delivery expert who can seamlessly orchestrate multiple enterprise programs, ensure strict adherence to budget and scope, and expertly pivot to recover projects that have drifted off track.
Your Impact (What You’ll Do)

Drive Delivery Excellence: Lead end-to-end Anaplan deployments alongside internal teams and external partners, establishing robust governance, ensuring precise scoping, and proactively uncovering hidden assumptions.

Be the Strategic Anchor: Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery, building alignment with customer stakeholders ranging from operational leads up to the C-suite.

Master Complex Programs: Navigate intricate, multi-faceted programs, ensuring flawless delivery while expertly balancing scope, risk, budget, and resourcing.

Accelerate Decision-Making: Anticipate bottlenecks and drive critical project decisions across design, testing, timelines, and organizational change management.

Build Consensus: Leverage top-tier negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, maintain project momentum, and unite diverse teams behind a shared goal.

Agile Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience in Agile project delivery methodologies—this is essential for driving our fast-paced implementations.

Turnaround Architect: Proven ability to recover and realign complex projects led by partners or vendors. We are looking for a track record of delivering—and rescuing—large-scale projects under tight timelines and budgets.
