The Senior Program Manager, Product Operations will drive strategic initiatives that shape product direction, operational efficiency, and customer experience at scale. You will partner closely with senior leaders to define and execute complex, ambiguous projects that influence company-wide priorities. The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate strategy into execution. You will also help build scalable systems and processes, leveraging AI and automation to increase operational leverage. Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact strategic and operational initiatives, from problem framing through delivery and measurement.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and GTM teams to align priorities and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
- Define clear problem statements, hypotheses, and business cases to guide decision-making and executive alignment.
- Build and maintain operational frameworks, governance models, and performance tracking systems to improve execution velocity and accountability.
- Identify and analyze key business drivers, market dynamics, and customer insights to inform strategic recommendations.
- Use data analysis and competitive intelligence to surface opportunities and risks impacting product and business performance.
- Design and implement scalable processes and automation solutions, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
- 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, and business functions in fintech, crypto, financial services, or high-growth tech environments.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments, structuring unclear problems into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders across multiple disciplines without direct authority.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to build models, interpret data, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable operational processes, governance structures, and execution frameworks.
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complexity and align diverse teams around shared goals.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms to improve productivity, reporting, and operational execution.
