Delivery Manager (Home Office)

This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful delivery and stability of critical technology services within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will act as the main orchestrator between technical teams, business stakeholders, and support functions, ensuring operational excellence and predictable delivery outcomes. The position focuses on agile facilitation, incident coordination, and continuous improvement in service delivery processes. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators such as SLAs, capacity, and incident resolution metrics, while actively removing blockers that impact team productivity. In this role, you will also contribute to strengthening agile maturity and driving collaboration across distributed teams. Accountabilities:
Ensure smooth, predictable, and high-quality delivery of services in an operational and agile-driven environment, acting as a key facilitator between teams and stakeholders:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote Scrum and Kanban best practices across teams
- Ensure delivery predictability, quality, and stability within a sustainment (run) environment
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as SLAs, incidents, capacity, and delivery metrics
- Coordinate and support incident resolution, ensuring timely response and restoration of services
- Remove impediments and enable effective communication between technical teams, business, and stakeholders
- Prioritize operational demands based on business impact and urgency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and team efficiency
- Support governance and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex environment
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in IT environments
- Experience working in AMS (Application Management Services) or run/support operations for critical systems
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban
- Experience managing incidents, risks, blockers, and operational performance indicators
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and high-demand environments
