About Grab and Our Workplace
Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp. From getting your favourite meals delivered to helping you manage your finances and getting around town hassle-free, we've got your back with everything. In Grab, purpose gives us joy and habits build excellence, while harnessing the power of Technology and AI to deliver the mission of driving Southeast Asia forward by economically empowering everyone, with heart, hunger, honour, and humility.
The People and Organisation Development team's (POD) mission is to fuel Grab's success by creating an environment where our people can do their best work. The Learning & Culture team strengthens Grab's productivity advantage and enables high performance at scale by building core skills and embedding shared ways of working. As coaches, strategists, and designers, we create targeted learning, behaviour change, and org development interventions that improve how Grabbers grow, collaborate, and execute.
Get to Know the Role
As the Learning & Culture Manager, you will lead complex, cross-team projects that:
- Build core employee capabilities: Equip Grabbers with critical human and AI skills that accelerate high performance and growth.
- Embed shared ways of working: Shape the behavioural standards, team habits, and culture interventions that improve how Grabbers collaborate, decide, and execute.
This is a regional, individual contributor role, and you will report to the Head of Learning & Culture.
Grab has 5-day onsite working practice.
Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Diagnose and Strategise: You will turn complex organisational needs into clear learning and culture strategies. Using data, feedback, and observation to identify the highest-impact problems to solve, you will define roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Design Integrated Interventions: You will architect solutions that combine learning, culture, workflow, and system levers.
- Lead Cross-Functional Delivery: You will take full ownership of your plans from concept to scale. This includes managing external vendors, partnering with People and business stakeholders, and securing adoption across teams and leaders.
- Measure Impact and Iterate: You will define success measures, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and continuously refine solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Systems Thinking and Problem Solving: Strong judgment in turning complexity, imperfect data, and organisational signals into clear strategy. You can identify root causes, make smart trade-offs, and define scalable interventions independently.
- Behaviour Change and Intervention Design: Demonstrated experience building programmes or interventions that drive lasting changes in behaviour, team norms, or ways of working—not just delivering training.
- Adaptive Execution: Evidence of leading initiatives from zero to scale across multiple levers - from content to workflow, tech, or operating-model changes. You test quickly, learn fast, and raise quality over time.
- Regional Influence and Stakeholder Leadership: Strong track record of securing support across senior stakeholders in a complex regional environment. You align leaders and partners through clear thinking, credible evidence, and strong execution.
