What You'll Do

Lead & Inspire Your Team

  • Supervise, coach, and coordinate the dispensing and clinical activities of pharmacists, technicians, and assistants
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture rooted in accountability and collaboration
  • Mentor team members and support their professional growth and development

Deliver Exceptional Pharmacy Care

  • Provide the highest standard of pharmaceutical care to patients
  • Ensure all pharmacy operations meet or exceed Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP) standards, provincial regulations, and company policies
  • Report Adverse Events in accordance with regulatory standards and internal obligations

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and patient experience
  • Support pharmacy financial planning, budgeting, and business strategy alongside the Pharmacy Manager
  • Oversee billing accuracy and reconciliation processes

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Partner with Distribution, Patient Programs, Clinics, and Nursing divisions to deliver seamless, integrated care
  • Participate in regular leadership meetings, contributing insights and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Shape the Future

  • Lead the implementation of new projects and initiatives that support pharmacy growth and innovation
  • Contribute to strategic planning that positions our pharmacy as a leader in the market

What You Bring

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (or PharmD)
  • Current registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP) with APA
  • 5+ years of pharmacy experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, provincial regulations, and clinical best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Kroll pharmacy software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)

  • Experience in specialty pharmacy, patient support programs, or hospital pharmacy
  • Medical Information experience
  • Business or financial management experience
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
