St Boniface Hospital has a wide range of specialties, including cardiac sciences, emergency medicine, gastrointestinal disease, neurosciences, oncology, palliative care, perinatal care, geriatric medicine, family medicine, ACF Women's Clinic, Renal/Dialysis Clinic to name just a few. Consequently, Munroe Pharmacy has extensive experience supporting patients being discharged from a wide range of specialized hospital programs and services. Our team works collaboratively with hospital ward pharmacists, nurses, clinical assistants, and physicians to ensure a seamless transition from hospital to home.
Successful candidates will play an integral role in preparing discharge medications, providing medication counselling, ensuring prescriptions are packaged appropriately to meet each patient’s individual needs.
