The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Color’s patient onboarding experience including marketing landing pages, account creation, initial cancer risk assessments, service opt in and activation. This role will also own our seasonal enrollment and service campaigns. You will partner closely with our engagement marketing, sales, customer success and clinical teams to create engaging experiences that drive patient enrollment, assess cancer risk and communicate the value of our services to our 4 key patient personas: Early Detection, Active Treatment, Survivors and Caregivers.
This role is ideal for a product leader who has built engaging consumer onboarding experiences and excels at driving enrollment, activation, and engagement across diverse populations, including less tech-savvy audiences, in B2B2C environments. You have a strong track record of building rich experiences that communicate value and drive enrollment and activation. You should also be someone who is continuously pushing the boundary of what’s possible with AI and emerging technologies, both in how we build and what we build.
How You'll Contribute:
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Color's patient onboarding and service activation experiences
Own and drive patient onboarding and activation metrics, especially enrollment growth and service activation
Evolve the treatment and survivorship onboarding experience to better engage, capture patient needs and communicate service value
Design and execute engaging seasonal, lifestyle and cancer-specific campaigns across email, SMS, mail, and other channels — partnering with engagement marketing and our clinical team to orchestrate cohesive cross-channel experiences
Work with engineers, designers, data scientists, clinicians, and care operations partners to develop risk assessment and screening checkout flows that drive health outcomes and increase downstream lifecycle re-engagement
Embed AI deeply into the patient experience to deliver more personalized, motivational, and actionable interactions at scale
Collaborate with and drive alignment across clinicians, care operations, AI platform team, engagement marketing, sales, legal and customer success to balance patient outcomes, patient experience, customer ROI and business goals
Drive AI adoption in both how the team builds and what it builds
Champion Color's culture and lead by example — we work hard and also have fun doing it!
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping excellent consumer experiences that drove measurable onboarding, activation, and engagement outcomes
Demonstrated impact leading growth and onboarding programs — designing, instrumenting, and iterating on cross-channel journeys (in-product, email, push, SMS)
Experience working in healthcare, health tech, or another regulated/high-trust consumer domain where clinical quality, safety, or compliance shapes product decisions
Strong consumer product craft — a high bar for UX, content, and interaction design, and the ability to partner deeply with designers to raise that bar
Fluency with experimentation and product analytics; comfort defining metrics, designing tests, and reading results to drive decisions
Demonstrated ability to dive into technical problems alongside engineers (data modeling, events, APIs, eventing/notification systems) and influence solution design
Excellent communication skills — able to break down complex topics, adjust to your audience, and align stakeholders
Experience using and experimenting with AI as an unlock in solving product problems and in daily work
A drive to learn, iterate, and adapt quickly to deliver the best outcomes for patients in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have:
Experience building patient-facing or member-facing products in healthcare, especially B2B2C products
Experience integrating AI/LLM-powered features into consumer products
Proficiency in Amplitude and/or other campaign dashboard tools
Possible Projects To Contribute To:
Re-imagine the onboarding experience for in-treatment patients and cancer survivors to capture patient needs and communicate how we can help them
Build screening check out experiences that recommend the right screening based on clinical risk factors and which encourage patients to opt into requesting home screening kits or help scheduling screenings.
