Product Manager

Imprint · New York City

Who We Are

Imprint is building a platform that helps the world’s best brands grow the lifetime value of their customers. We started with co-branded credit cards and rebuilt them to be smarter, more rewarding, and brand-first. We partner with companies like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. But the card is just the beginning. We combine advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and deep customer data to predict what each customer will do next and act on it, so brands can offer powerful financial products without becoming a bank.

Co-branded cards alone account for over $300 billion in U.S. annual spend, and most still run on legacy bank rails. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, embeddable, and built for how people actually pay today. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, we’re building a world-class team to redefine how people pay and how brands grow. If you want to move fast, solve hard problems, and own real outcomes, we want to meet you.

The Opportunity

  • Own process end-to-end, from problem definition and roadmap prioritization through shipping, measurement, and iteration

  • Identify the highest-leverage opportunities across your domain by going deep on customer behavior, partner needs, and business data, then build solutions that scale across Imprint's partner programs and products

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to make thoughtful tradeoffs between customer impact, business value, engineering effort, and partner requirements

  • Use AI-assisted tools (Claude, Cursor, Figma Make) as a core part of daily work to prototype, iterate, and accelerate the path from idea to production

  • Champion experimentation and measurement, tying product decisions to metrics that represent real outcomes and using data to guide decision-making at every stage of the product lifecycle

  • Translate complex problems into clear narratives that drive alignment with engineering, design, executives, and partners

Your Profile

Required

  • 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping products that users interact with directly

  • Strong product sense with high design taste; you've shipped work you'd recognize as well-crafted and you care about the details that make an experience feel right

  • Communicates with clarity; can explain complex tradeoffs to engineering, design, executives, and partners in a way that creates alignment rather than confusion

  • Hands-on prototyping with AI-assisted tools; ability to produce near-production code is a plus, and you know how to pull in Engineering to go from prototype to production

  • Fluent in Figma and modern design workflows, with the ability to work alongside designers as a true thought partner

  • Strong analytical instincts; knows how to read the data behind user behavior and use it to inform what to build, how to prioritize, and when to change course

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment where you convert ambiguity into clarity, break problems into incremental milestones, and keep teams moving without introducing unnecessary process

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, credit products, loyalty, rewards, or regulated environments

  • Experience working in high-growth or early-stage environments where you owned product end-to-end with limited scaffolding

  • Background in building products that serve diverse customer segments or underrepresented populations

  • Deep experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms

We don't expect every candidate to check every box. If this role excites you and you bring strong fundamentals, we encourage you to apply.
