Product Lead

Adjoe · Hamburg

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.

The Platform Behind 770 Million Users and Billions of Daily Ad Decisions

Behind the value exchange sits an ecosystem of interconnected engineering teams, each owning a distinct part of the stack. On the demand side, Go microservices evaluate 30+ targeting constraints in milliseconds, process 5.5 billion API requests daily, and integrate with ML models making 100,000+ predictions per second to decide which campaigns reach which users.

On the publisher side, native Android and iOS SDKs run on 13% of the world'ssmartphones, delivering rewards to 770 million users annually through a system where accuracy and latency are not optional. At this scale, product and technical decisions don't happen in isolation, every change ripples across the entire platform.

Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years as a Product Lead or Principal PM with direct reports. You have a track record of delivering data-driven B2B products in high-traffic environments, managing people, hiring, and their career development.

  • Full ownership from strategy to delivery. You'll own the roadmap for backend-heavy services handling campaign distribution, ML model integrations, and partner connectivity at scale.

  • Bridges business and engineering without losing either. You're comfortable discussing backend architecture, data pipelines, and system latency, and can weigh technical debt against business value in architecture discussions with Backend Engineering, Data Science, and BI teams.

  • Manages partner integrations end-to-end. You will implement and adjust integrations with external partners (MMPs, agencies, and advertisers) translating their business requirements into precise technical specs and ensuring integrations perform correctly in high-throughput environments.

  • Data-driven by default. You make product decisions based on data, extract insights from complex datasets, and identify system logic improvements that move product KPIs. You have hands-on experience with BI tools like QuickSight,Tableau, or Power BI for performance monitoring and reporting. SQL, Python, or R experience is a strong plus.

  • Owns the full launch lifecycle. You plan and manage feature launches end-to-end from technical scoping and development oversight through go-to-market coordination with marketing and ensuring support teams are prepared for rollout.

  • Communicates clearly across all levels. You act as the primary liaison between your team, business units, and senior management regularly communicating progress, risks, and opportunities in language that lands with both engineers and executives.

  • Plus: AdTech experience, technical background, and experience managing Data Science teams are strong advantages.
