Sr. Product Manager, Amazon Quick

Amazon · San Francisco, California, USA

Amazon Quick is building the future of AI-powered work — an intelligent companion that connects to your tools, learns your context, and automates your workflows through autonomous agents. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive our ISV and Third-Party Agent Integration strategy — building the interoperability layer, marketplace, and partnerships that enable agents from any trusted application to share context and complete work together, wherever work is happening.

You will own the vision for how Amazon Quick becomes the orchestration layer where first-party, third-party, and customer-built agents collaborate across application boundaries. You'll define the protocols, developer primitives, and go-to-market motions that attract ISV partners, drive developer adoption, and create compounding value — where more agents attract more users, which attracts more partners.

Key job responsibilities
• Own the agent integration product end-to-end — define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for how third-party and customer-built agents work with Amazon Quick.

• Drive data-informed product decisions through funnel instrumentation, experimentation, and cohort analysis. Prioritize complex deliverables across engineering, design, and science teams while managing technical trade-offs.

• Define the interoperability layer — protocols, APIs, and developer primitives (MCP, A2A) — that enable agents to share context and orchestrate work across application boundaries.

• Build the agent marketplace and discovery experience, including trust models, curation, and distribution mechanics that drive partner adoption and compound Quick's value.

• Own cross-agent orchestration — how Quick routes tasks across first-party and third-party agents, handles context handoff, and delivers coherent multi-agent experiences.

• Drive the ISV partner pipeline from identification through production integration, ensuring partners succeed technically and commercially.

• Scale third-party agent integrations to meet organizational goals. Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, BD, Legal, and GTM teams to bring these capabilities to market.- 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience

- 5+ years of creating written docs for development of new products experience
- 5+ years of enterprise security product experience
- 5+ years of product management in the cloud computing technology space experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
- Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market
- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
