We are seeking a Head of Product (VP level) to lead the product organization for Fidelity’s Digital Coach within Fidelity Labs. Our team is building an AI-native financial coaching platform that helps customers plan, decide, and take action to improve their financial outcomes.
As the Head of Product, you will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for Digital Coach. You will lead a team of product leaders and managers, own key business outcomes, and partner cross-functionally to build and scale a category-defining experience at the intersection of financial services and AI.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$264,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
