You will take ownership of a mission-critical product shaping how enterprises evaluate and hire technical talent at scale, combining deep product thinking with strong data-driven decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, assessment systems, and enterprise SaaS, where your decisions directly influence how engineering teams around the world identify and select top talent. You will work closely with senior engineering, design, and go-to-market leaders to define product strategy and execute on a roadmap that evolves alongside rapid advancements in AI and software development practices.
