As the Director of Product Management for Workspace Monetization, you will lead the strategy for driving revenue growth by encouraging customer discovery and adoption across all primary segments. You will be critical to future planning and market analysis, reporting to the senior leadership within the Workspace Platform Product organization.

From pre-computed summaries for email threads, summaries for meetings, and videos created from a document using lifelike AI avatars, our AI opportunity is huge. You will work with model builders (Google DeepMind), work with exceptional leaders, and have the ability to impact billions of users across the world.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $281000 - $392000 (USD) + 30% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • 10 years of experience managing and growing a product management team.
  • 10 years of experience in product-led growth, monetization, or subscription-based business models.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication skills, and capable of storytelling with data for senior executive audiences.
  • Proven track record of launching successful app products and navigating complex pricing/packaging decisions.
  • Highly technical with a demonstrated track record of solving ambiguous problems.
