We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Spain: €70000 - €72000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Ireland: €94000 - €96500 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or product commercialisation role.
- Experience presenting to or working with sales teams and internal stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to address highly strategic and difficult business problems.
- Good networker and influencer, with strong people management skills, able to work across various business functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
