Management Level Definition:

Responsibilities:

• Leads and drives the end‑to‑end product strategy and operational roadmap for one or more AI, Automation, or Analytics products or platforms
• Defines the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and portfolio strategy.
• Synthesizes business and operational needs into clear product requirements, features, and success metrics, leveraging deep understanding of customers, processes, and technology.
• Advises key stakeholders on product and portfolio strategy across all lifecycle phases, including planning, development, launch, scaling, optimization, and retirement.
• Owns and prioritizes the product backlog, balancing innovation, scalability, technical debt, risk, and user experience.
• Mentors junior product managers and provides thought leadership on product management standards and best practices.
• Ensures adherence to Organization & Enterprise AI governance including Responsible AI principles, security, and compliance requirements.
• Leads product launches, adoption strategies, and lifecycle management, including post‑launch performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Collaborates across the value chain—including engineering, architecture, data science, UX, security, PMO and operations—to enable successful product delivery and adoption
• Tracks and communicates product performance, adoption, and business value realization, enabling data‑driven decisions.
• Mentors junior product managers and provides thought leadership on product management standards and best practices.

What you need to Bring :-

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, platform ownership, or related roles.
• Demonstrated exposure to AI, Automation and Analytics
• Experience working in enterprise‑scale, governed environments.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Expert team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others, ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.
• Strong product strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management skills.
• Advanced business and financial acumen, including value realization and outcome‑based measurement
• Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable product capabilities
• Technical understanding of AI, automation, or analytics solutions and ability to enable informed product decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including executive‑level engagement
• Expert business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.
