We are searching for the best talent for Sr. Product Manager - Mentor based in Seoul.

Purpose:

This role contributes to the growth of the Mentor™ portfolio by shaping and driving product marketing initiatives, translating clinical insights into commercial activities, and leading clinic and omni-channel campaigns in close partnership with the Marketing Manager.
The position requires deep product expertise and strong clinical and procedural understanding, with the ability to independently identify opportunities, develop action plans, and collaborate effectively with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders. All activities must be executed in full compliance with HCC and regulatory guidelines.

You will be responsible for:

Strategic Product Marketing Planning & Portfolio Leadership
  • Lead the development of product marketing strategies and lifecycle plans for the Breast Aesthetic portfolio aligned with overall business direction
  • Co-lead new product launches including positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market planning and execution
  • Assess product performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and recommend strategic actions
  • Develop and manage product-related collaterals and key marketing assets ensuring consistency and accuracy of positioning and messaging
Clinical Insight Translation & KOL Engagement
  • Develop deep expertise in product, clinical data, and procedure-related knowledge and act as a key internal resource
  • Translate clinical evidence and real-world insights into clear, compelling commercial narratives for HCPs
  • Lead clinic-focused programs and initiatives to support product adoption and procedure growth
  • Partner closely with Sales to provide product knowledge, clinical messaging, and actionable guidance
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs and key customers to support advocacy and education
Omni-channel Marketing Execution
  • Lead planning and execution of integrated omni-channel campaigns targeting HCPs and consumers
  • Develop channel strategies across digital, offline, and in-clinic touchpoints based on campaign objectives and customer insights
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to develop impactful and aligned marketing content

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of marketing experience within Medical Device or Healthcare industry
  • Strong experience in product/brand management and HCP marketing
  • Solid understanding of clinical data and ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
