About The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead requirements analysis, product planning, and solution design for core product initiatives, driving products from 0 to 1 or through continuous iterative improvement.
Deeply understand business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints; rapidly break down complex problems, identify key conflicts, and deliver structured solutions.
Independently produce PRDs, flowcharts, prototypes, and product documentation — ensuring clarity of expression, logical coherence, and accurate comprehension by engineering and business teams.
Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and data teams to drive requirements reviews, development scheduling, launch acceptance, and post-release retrospectives.
Evaluate the feasibility, implementation costs, and trade-off logic of technical solutions, and engage in substantive technical discussions with engineers.
Rapidly build systematic understanding in new business areas, emerging technologies, or unfamiliar domains, and translate that knowledge into product judgements and actionable plans.
Continuously monitor product performance and take ownership of user experience, business outcomes, and long-term product value.

What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree or above; experience at a top-tier or leading internet company is preferred.
Strong logical thinking — able to quickly deconstruct complex business problems into clear problem definitions, analytical frameworks, and solutions. Real-world cases will be used to validate this during interviews.
Strong learning agility — able to build systematic understanding in new domains quickly, with no aversion to unfamiliar business contexts, complex systems, or new tech stacks.
Solid technical comprehension — able to assess the feasibility, boundaries, risks, and trade-offs of technical solutions, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Excellent documentation and communication skills — PRDs are clear, well-structured, and logically consistent, with the ability to drive cross-team alignment and execution.
Results-oriented — focused on whether the product genuinely solves problems, not just on delivering requirements.
Highly self-driven — able to proactively push problems to resolution in high-uncertainty environments.

自驱力强，能在高不确定性环境下主动推进问题闭环。

Nice-To-Haves

Experience with Web3, wallets, on-chain transactions, DeFi, on-chain data, smart contracts, Agents, or AI + Crypto products is a strong plus.
Background in AI products, data products, platform products, trading systems, fintech, complex B2B systems, or developer tools.
Experience building products from 0 to 1, leading complex system refactors, or driving large cross-team initiatives.
Hands-on understanding of technical architecture, APIs, data flows, model capabilities, smart contracts, or on-chain interactions.
Exceptional structured communication skills — able to articulate complex problems in a concise and clear manner.
