Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
Providing marketing support to assigned BU to achieve revenue and profitability objectives
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the role.
- Develop marketing plan and strategy & Deliver brand objectives by driving the development, execution & performance tracking against commercial strategies across Health Care Practitioners ( HCP) customer segments
- Ensure execution of promotional strategies and promotion activities, including controlling the marketing budget aligned with the marketing plan. Create promotional inputs, release advertisements, organize participation in trade exhibition / congress
- Streamlining product forecast received from field & inventory management
- Manage Product Life Cycle (PLC)
- Develop & engage KOLs and advocacy to sustain strong networking and partnership
- Ensure all marketing and business programs/practices are compliant to company rules & regulations
- Propose budget for assigned platform / portfolio, Propose and manage price changes
- Align with global / regional / country strategies
- Coordinate with cross functions, Global team
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications that are job related, consistent with business necessity and necessary for the performance of the essential functions of this role; includes education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience, technical and/or other job-related skills.
- Bachelor in Veterinary Sciences, Master in Veterinary Sciences preferred
- Marketing or Management qualification is an added advantage
- At least three years of experience in poultry health & management
- Good presentation skills
- Good English communication both oral and written
