Qualifications / Required Competencies
- Functional Knowledge: Account planning and strategy, customer relationship management, product and market knowledge (ruminant), commercial negotiation, project management.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration; English proficiency is required.
- Leadership Behaviors: Focus on customers; drive results; demonstrate ethics and integrity; resilience; proactive approach.
- License / Certificate: Driver’s license required. Livestock background preferred; other relevant animal health certifications are an advantage.
- Others: Beef/dairy farming experience is a plus.
