Job Description:

TD has embarked on a multi-year digital transformation and expansion of GTB’s product suite to position the transaction bank as a leading North American cash management provider, enabling significant business growth across the franchise. 

The centralized Product Management organization will serve a critical role in TD’s ability to develop leading products and capabilities by enabling greater scale, capacity, quality and efficiency for our Transaction Banking businesses across Canada and US. It will deliver product strategy, product development, and go-to-market approaches for the entire Transaction Banking business. Product-related decisions will be made once, implemented once, and leveraged by all three businesses.

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and driving product roadmaps for host-to-host digital channels, while also analyzing business requirements, improving connectivity workflows, and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders for host-to-host digital channel integrations.
  • Contribute to development and direction of the product roadmap for host-to-host capabilities, ensuring alignment with the Value Creation Plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, operations, and client support, to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Drive data analysis and reporting to monitor channel performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure excellent client experiences by enhancing connectivity processes and addressing client feedback.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of initiatives that enable seamless host-to-host integrations for corporate and institutional clients.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ Years of related work experience
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong background in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process improvement.
  • Proven experience in product management, particularly with digital channels or connectivity solutions.
  • Familiarity with host-to-host platforms, ERP integrations, or digital banking interfaces is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
