Job Description

Visa’s Customer Journey Business Product team is a cross‑functional organization responsible for driving product strategy and execution across the end‑to‑end customer journey from demand generation through sales, contracting, servicing, and growth. Our team operates as a true enterprise product organization, partnering closely with Business, Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technology to design and scale capabilities that work consistently across Visa. Product leaders on this team own outcomes across the full lifecycle, not just individual tools, and play a critical role in shaping how work scales across regions, value streams, and sales motions.

We are seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Quote Product Management to be the single threaded owner for our enterprise quoting experience and platforms. This leader will define and execute the strategy for an integrated, end‑to‑end quoting process that connects sellers and all supporting teams (deal desk, pricing, finance, legal, operations) into one consistent, data‑driven, and scalable quote lifecycle. The role is accountable for a unified enterprise quoting model that standardizes how quotes are created, priced, approved, contracted, and measured across products, segments, and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end‑to‑end enterprise quoting vision and strategy, from seller request through quote creation, approvals, contract execution, and downstream handoff.
  • Design a connected quoting process that stitches together CRM, CPQ, pricing, billing, and contract systems into a seamless experience for sellers and supporting teams.
  • Lead a portfolio roadmap for quoting capabilities (CPQ, pricing rules, approvals, templates, document generation, e‑signature, and integrations) across internal platforms.
  • Establish global standards for quote governance, including quote types, approval policies, discounting guidelines, and exception workflows, in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • Build and lead a cross‑functional virtual team spanning Sales, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Product, and Technology to drive adoption and continuous improvement of the quoting process.
  • Define and track enterprise KPIs such as quote cycle time, approval SLA adherence, quote accuracy, win rate impact, and seller NPS; use insights to prioritize investments.
  • Champion automation and AI‑enabled capabilities (pricing recommendations, risk scoring, clause suggestions, workflow prediction) to reduce manual effort and improve quote quality.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across CRM, CPQ, and downstream systems to enable accurate pipeline, revenue forecasting, and operational reporting.
  • Partner with regional and segment leaders to ensure the global quoting framework is flexible enough for local needs while maintaining enterprise standards.
  • Lead executive‑level communication on quoting strategy, roadmap, and performance, including steering committees and quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop and execute change management and enablement plans for major quoting releases, including training, documentation, and feedback loops with seller communities.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

  • Proven experience owning or significantly shaping quoting / CPQ / pricing / contract workflows in a B2B or enterprise environment.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with CRM and quoting ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Conga, Apttus, PROS, or similar CPQ/CLM platforms).
  • Demonstrated success leading senior‑level stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technology to align on a unified process and roadmap.
  • Strong track record of using data and experimentation to simplify processes and drive measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, and revenue outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Enterprise‑level strategic thinking with the ability to define a multi‑year vision and convert it into an executable roadmap.
  • Deep understanding of quoting, pricing, approvals, and contract lifecycle, and how they connect across the broader revenue engine.
  • Strong product mindset: able to define outcomes, prioritize tradeoffs, and balance global standards with local flexibility.
