Innovation Strategist & Agentic AI Systems Architect
You Are:
We are seeking a highly experienced Innovation Strategist & Agentic AI Systems Architect to lead the development, deployment, and long-term evolution of enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role is responsible for defining scalable AI system architectures, driving strategic AI/ML initiatives, and guiding a multidisciplinary technical team in delivering mission aligned, production-ready capabilities. The Innovation Strategist & Agentic AI Systems Architect will design and govern modern AI architectures—including agentic systems, Large Language Model (LLM) workflows, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks—while ensuring security, reliability, and integration with enterprise platforms and SAP environments. The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and close collaboration with Functional, Development, DevOps, and business partners to translate complex requirements into operational, high-impact AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and oversee end-to-end architecture for agentic and LLM-driven AI systems, including orchestration layers, vector search, memory modules, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable AI/ML solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and technical standards
- Guide the development and deployment of cloud-native AI components across AWS, Azure, or GCP, integrating with enterprise data platforms and SAP-based processes.
- Establish model governance practices, including evaluation protocols, prompt management, traceability, and continuous monitoring.
- Collaborate with DevOps, data engineering, and product teams to translate business requirements into maintainable, distributed AI solutions
- Drive innovation strategy, identify emerging technologies, and influence long-term AI/ML roadmaps and organizational change
- Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
Here's What You Need:
- Extensive experience architecting and deploying agentic or LLM-based AI systems at enterprise scale
- Strong background in AI/ML development, data engineering, distributed systems, and API/microservice design
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and translate complex requirements into actionable architectures
- Hands-on experience with model evaluation, RAG, vector search, orchestration layers, reliability engineering, and MLOps practices
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data ecosystems and SAP workflows
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- US citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience guiding organizational transformation or innovation initiatives in mission-driven environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Certifications in SAP, ServiceNow Development, or SAFe (or willingness to obtain).
