THE ROLE

Director of Product, Growth

We are looking for an accomplished Product leader who can take work with Business, Tech and Data partners and push the organization forward. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of MarTech or adjacent and has demonstrated ability to learn and move fast. They know how to build technology and use it to change how a team operates – meaning, they understand the interplay of operations, technology, data and reporting – and they are a catalyst for change. Finally they would have embraced AI and are excited about building an automated system for marketing spend optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Quince’s Marketing Technology, working closely with the CGO and the data team
  • Be the subject matter expert in marketing data, and the tools we use; understand our existing platforms and how to optimize them
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, data science, and engineering to develop the strategy for marketing attribution, optimization, and identity resolution tech
  • Build autonomous systems to monitor and deliver advertisement spend across different channels
  • Build the platform to seamlessly integrate multiple channels working directly with the retention team
  • Work with business and technology teams to enable development of personalization engine and audience segmentation for targeting and personalization
  • Consider and vet possible third parties that may help in Quince’s endeavor
  • Testing and growth mentality – continuous testing of new products

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Overall 10+ years of experience with at least 7 years in product management role for growth initiatives

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Technical background

  • Passion to answer Product/Engineering questions with data

  • Capable of tackling very loosely defined problems

  • Experience with marketing automation, attribution, analytics, experimentation, and personalization tools

  • Ability to build AI tools to achieve the goals and foster AI adoption across the organization

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

Pay Range
$240,000—$300,000 USD
