As a Finance Business Process Analyst on the Finance team in our Gurugram Office, you’ll play a vital role in transforming how Finance operates by leveraging process improvement, automation, and AI-driven solutions. You will help reduce manual work, improve efficiency and accuracy, and enable Finance to become a more scalable, data-driven, and strategic business partner. You’ll work across global teams to identify opportunities, standardize processes, and drive meaningful operational improvements.
3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, finance operations, process improvement, or a similar function.
Strong understanding of finance processes such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or related cycles.
Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar) to solve business and operational problems and scale successful solutions across Finance teams.
Proven experience mapping, documenting, and improving business processes.
Basic SQL knowledge and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience working with NetSuite.
Experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC), global finance operations environment, or ERP implementations.
Support the transformation of Finance operations by documenting processes, identifying risks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and helping design scalable solutions.
Identify high-volume, repetitive finance activities and drive automation and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into actionable improvements.
Contribute to improving financial data quality, controls, and process standardization across global operations.
Help define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics across finance processes.
Build analyses and dashboards to provide visibility into process performance and improvement opportunities while supporting Finance’s evolution into a more strategic, insight-driven function.
