We are seeking an Agentic Workflow Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflow automation systems that streamline content production, knowledge management, and business operations. This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, workflow orchestration, and enterprise systems integration.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, orchestrating workflows through N8N, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with content, marketing, and enterprise platforms. You will be responsible for creating intelligent, multi-step automation pipelines that connect data, systems, and AI agents to drive efficiency and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI pipelines that automate production, content, and operational workflows.
- Build and manage workflow automations using N8N and related orchestration platforms.
- Develop AI agents and multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Create prompt chains, reasoning workflows, and decision-making processes that enable autonomous task execution.
- Implement agent memory, context management, and retrieval mechanisms to support complex workflows.
- Integrate AI workflows with enterprise platforms and content production systems.
- Design and implement APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures that connect AI agents with business applications.
- Document workflow architectures, agent behaviors, integration patterns, and operational processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, AI Engineering, or Workflow Development.
- Experience designing and deploying production-grade automation solutions and system integrations.
- Strong experience with N8N workflow automation and orchestration.
- Hands-on development experience using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI agent frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python for workflow development, integrations, and automation.
- Experience orchestrating and managing LLM APIs across multiple providers.
- Strong understanding of API design, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and implementations.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
