THE ROLE
As a Product Manager for Data Analytics and Cyber Resilience, you will drive product initiatives across Everpure’s all-flash platform to unlock enterprise data for advanced AI and analytics while ensuring robust, immutable protection. Leading cross-functional efforts with Engineering, Sales, and global ecosystem partners, you will transform complex customer needs into scalable platform capabilities that ensure business continuity and rapid recovery. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge data architecture and cybersecurity, offering a high-impact opportunity to shape how the world’s leading enterprises utilize and protect their most critical data assets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own and prioritize the product requirement lifecycle for key feature sets within the FlashArray, FlashBlade, and Pure Fusion ecosystems, translating customer analytics workloads and security demands into clear technical roadmaps.

Expand market-leading cyber resilience capabilities by defining and launching features that guarantee data immutability, enterprise security, and near-instant recovery times during critical events.

Drive high-impact ecosystem integrations by leading technical partnerships with major data platforms, ISVs, and data protection vendors to expand the reach and interoperability of Everpure's architecture.

Formulate data-driven product strategies by independently evaluating diverse market trends, competitive intelligence, and platform telemetry to establish clear metrics and KPIs for feature success.

Act as the primary advisor and coordinator across Engineering, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to streamline product delivery, resolve cross-functional technical hurdles, and enable global go-to-market execution.
WHAT YOU BRING

Comprehensive domain knowledge in data architecture, enterprise storage solutions, cloud technologies, cybersecurity infrastructure, or the modern AI/ML data stack.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to evaluate complex datasets, utilize SQL/data tools, and synthesize intangible factors into clear, objective methodologies.

Strong professional judgment and independence, comfortable operating with minimal day-to-day instruction to manage schedules, define assignment parameters, and build productive networks across internal and external stakeholder groups.

Exceptional collaborative communication skills, featuring the capability to articulate complex technical concepts, build consensus across diverse functional teams, and deliver structured presentations to customer and partner stakeholders.

A builder mindset with a proven track record of shipping technical projects, developing workflows, or actively utilizing automation tools to optimize operational outcomes.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
