This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager, TruckMate based in Canada.
This role sits at the core of transportation technology innovation, owning the strategy and roadmap for a leading Transportation Management System used to optimize freight movement across complex logistics networks. You will shape product direction by combining deep customer insight, market understanding, and data-driven decision-making to deliver meaningful commercial and operational impact. The position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of logistics, enterprise SaaS, and AI-enabled product development, driving transformation across global supply chain workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product marketing, sales, finance, and customer success to bring high-impact capabilities to market. A strong emphasis is placed on leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate discovery, validate ideas, and improve execution speed. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role where your work directly influences how freight is planned, executed, and optimized worldwide.
Accountabilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for TruckMate, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and measurable business outcomes.
- Drive AI-assisted product discovery by researching customer challenges, synthesizing feedback, and rapidly prototyping solutions to validate concepts.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements definition through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to execute go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct deep customer and market research across transportation and logistics workflows to identify pain points and prioritize product investments.
- Develop pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies aligned with revenue growth and market positioning objectives.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across technical and business teams to ensure cohesive execution of the product strategy.
- Support modernization efforts and integration initiatives with enterprise systems such as ERP, EDI, and telematics where applicable.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within Transportation, Logistics, Fleet Management, TMS/ERP, or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Strong hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate product discovery, PRD creation, user research synthesis, and workflow analysis.
- Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategy with measurable business and revenue impact.
- Experience developing pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in a B2B SaaS context.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation workflows, and enterprise integration ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align technical, executive, and commercial teams.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple competing priorities.
- Familiarity with systems such as EDI, ERP platforms, APIs, or telematics integrations is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
