Business Process Analyst – RPA | Mid

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Process Analyst – RPA | Mid based in Brazil.

In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business needs and automation delivery, driving the transformation of manual processes into scalable RPA solutions. You will be responsible for understanding end-to-end business demands, mapping current processes, and designing future-state workflows optimized for automation. Working in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment, you will interact with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and value generation. Your work will directly contribute to operational efficiency, reduced manual effort, and improved process governance. This is a highly analytical and consultative position where structured thinking and attention to detail are essential. You will also play an important role in identifying automation opportunities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives powered by intelligent automation.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the understanding of business demands from initial intake through to the structured definition of automated solutions.
  • Map and analyze AS-IS business processes, identifying rules, pain points, and inefficiencies through flowcharts and process documentation.
  • Design TO-BE processes optimized for RPA implementation, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and automation feasibility.
  • Model and document business processes using BPMN and tools such as Bizagi Modeler, FigJam, or equivalent platforms.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDDs).
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process understanding.
  • Translate business requirements into structured automation-ready specifications.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities aligned with RPA strategy.
  • Perform structured handoffs to development teams, ensuring full alignment between business intent and technical execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, KPI enhancement, and process optimization.
  • Requirements

    • Experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, or Systems Analysis.
    • Solid knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), including AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping.
    • Hands-on experience with BPMN modeling tools such as Bizagi Modeler, FigJam, or similar.
    • Experience in developing Process Design Documents (PDD).
    • Understanding of RPA architecture and automation lifecycle.
    • Ability to identify and evaluate automation opportunities in business processes.
    • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Strong analytical and consultative mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, active listening, organization, time management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
    • Nice to have: knowledge of databases for business rule analysis, experience with Automation Anywhere or BotCity, familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments, and exposure to AI concepts applied to process optimization.
