This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI-enabled workflows, and real-world field service operations for small businesses. You will lead the evolution of a widely used invoicing and job management platform into a next-generation, agent-assisted SaaS experience. The focus is on designing intelligent, human-in-the-loop workflows that reduce manual effort for contractors while improving speed, accuracy, and payment outcomes. • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and platform teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
    • Strong understanding of SMB workflows, particularly in trades, construction, or field service industries (a strong advantage).
    • Proven experience shipping product experiments and iterating based on data and user feedback.
    • Solid grasp of SaaS product metrics, performance drivers, and growth levers.
    • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and go-to-market stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent prioritization capabilities in complex environments.
    • Experience with product and analytics tools such as Jira, ProductBoard, Amplitude, Optimizely, Looker, or similar platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior leadership effectively.
    • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving product environments.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base compensation ranging from approximately $140,000 to $170,000 CAD annually (varies based on experience and location).
      • Flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or in-office depending on preference and location within Canada).
      • Flexible time off policy supporting work-life balance.
      • Annual wellness stipend and comprehensive wellness-focused benefits.
      • Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with 4% company match.
