Accountabilities
- Define and execute a multi-year product vision and roadmap for data and AI platforms, aligning initiatives with business objectives, growth strategies, and operational priorities.
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI, machine learning, generative AI, and analytics solutions, managing the full product lifecycle from ideation and experimentation to scalable production delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, design, operations, and business teams to integrate intelligent capabilities into core products and workflows.
- Establish frameworks for measuring product performance, experimentation, and business impact, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and optimization efforts.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear product requirements and act as a bridge between technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders.
- Promote responsible AI development by partnering with governance, privacy, and compliance stakeholders to ensure ethical, secure, and reliable product outcomes.
- Mentor team members, contribute to product management best practices, and help foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 8+ years of product management experience within enterprise SaaS, cloud software, technology, or highly regulated industries, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale products.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience launching and scaling machine learning, AI, or data-driven products.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), advanced analytics, and the infrastructure required to support AI solutions.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies, navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing objectives, and successfully execute complex initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments and influencing decisions without direct authority.
- Familiarity with regulated industries and an understanding of data privacy, governance, security, and ethical AI principles is considered a strong advantage.
- Annual base salary ranging from $161,000 to $221,500, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
