Regional Head - CPaaS Agentic AI Enterprise Sales - West Region

customer engagement platform. It operates at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and CPaaS/MarTech,
enabling large organizations to completely transform how they interact with, retain, and communicate
with consumers.

2. Role Overview
The Regional Head (West) is a critical leadership role responsible for owning the entire revenue
mandate, customer acquisition strategy, and market expansion across Western India (headquartered in
Mumbai/Pune). This region represents a powerhouse of India’s banking, financial services, insurance
(BFSI), conglomerate, and digital enterprise sectors.
This role demands an elite sales leader who combines rigorous strategic leadership with an active,
hands-on hunting mentality. The chosen leader will scale Pi Commerce by managing a high-performing
enterprise sales team, opening doors to India's top corporate boardrooms, navigating multifaceted
corporate ecosystems, and scaling a high-velocity enterprise pipeline.

3. Key Responsibilities
 Regional Revenue Ownership: Drive the strategic and commercial success for the West region,
carrying ultimate accountability for ARR targets, net-new logo wins, and market penetration
strategy.
 Enterprise Pipeline Leadership: Anchor and build an agile, high-performing team of regional
enterprise hunter talent. Coach the team through long, complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles to
optimize close rates.
 Executive CXO Relationship Management: Cultivate deep relationships with CXOs, Chief Marketing
Officers, Digital Transformation heads, and CIOs, positioning Pi Commerce as a foundational AI-led
transformation platform rather than a simple campaign utility.
 Strategic Vertical Focus: Leverage the unique composition of the Western region to capture market
share within large private/public BFSI institutions, massive retail conglomerates, consumer brands,
logistics giants, and rapidly growing tech-first enterprises.
 Tailored Solutions Advisory: Work closely with Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to align Pi
Commerce's advanced AI capabilities with the legacy infrastructure, strict security standards, and
high volume communication demands of western enterprise clients.
 Commercial; Deal Governance: Mastermind end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes, highly structured deal
design, value-based pricing architectures, and senior-level legal/commercial negotiations.
 Industry Advocacy: Establish a dominant regional presence for Pi Commerce by actively
representing Paytm at key corporate forums, technology roundtables, and major enterprise
networking events in Mumbai and Pune.

4. What We Looking for
 Experience: 12–18 years of standout professional performance in high-stakes B2B enterprise
software/platform sales (SaaS, CPaaS, MarTech, AI, Analytics), with a minimum of 3–5 years leading
enterprise sales teams.
 West Market Mastery: Extensive, deep-rooted connections with executive decision-makers,
business heads, and procurement teams within the BFSI, conglomerates, and enterprise hubs of
Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat.
 Elite Execution: Proven background in leading teams to build high-velocity pipelines from scratch,
managing complex corporate purchase cycles, and hitting aggressive regional milestones.
 Consultative Capability: Superb ability to break down highly technical AI, analytics, and messaging
technologies into clear financial and customer retention metrics for C-suite buyers.
 Leadership Aptitude: Strong team builder with high EQ and deep analytical capability, possessing a
strong commitment to pipeline hygiene, transparent forecasting, and fostering a relentless hunting
culture.
