This is a high-impact architecture role focused on designing and delivering AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform for enterprise clients. You will act as a key technical leader, shaping end-to-end architectures that integrate Agentic AI, automation, and enterprise workflows across multiple ServiceNow modules. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business users to translate complex requirements into scalable, intelligent solutions. You will guide implementation best practices while ensuring alignment with platform standards and long-term architectural vision. Working in a fast-evolving AI-first environment, you will help organizations adopt next-generation ServiceNow capabilities. This position also offers the opportunity to mentor engineering teams and influence delivery excellence across large-scale transformation programs.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, development, and architecture, including strong exposure to multiple modules such as ITSM and ITOM. You should have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and predictive intelligence, with a strong understanding of how to apply AI to improve service delivery. You are experienced in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and cloud-to-cloud architectures. Strong scripting skills across Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Scripted REST APIs are essential. You should have a solid foundation in CMDB, Discovery, and enterprise workflows, along with strong debugging and problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, or related fields is required. Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and ITIL Foundation are highly preferred. You are a strong communicator, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and capable of leading cross-functional technical discussions.
