We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Product team in Vietnam to help shape this next phase of transformation across internal platforms and operational experiences.
Get to Know the Role
As a Lead Product Manager, you will lead highly ambiguous and strategic product initiatives focused on AI-driven workflows, operational tooling, and platform experiences. You will work closely with engineering, operations, design, data science, and platform teams to define scalable solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and user experience across the organization.
This role requires a strong builder mindset, deep systems thinking, high execution velocity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving alignment across multiple stakeholders. You will report to the Senior Product Leader and will be based onsite at the Grab Vietnam HCM Office.
