Head of Product Operations

Customer asks, delivery blockers, roadmap commitments, engineering constraints, founder direction. The intelligence is there. What we need is the operating system to capture it, route it, prioritise it, and make sure decisions are visible and followed through on.

That is what this role builds.

The role

We're looking for a Head of Product Operations to own the operating spine across our Product, Engineering and Architecture functions. You'll report to the Chief Product Officer and act as the coordination layer across all three — building the intake, prioritisation, decision management, and field guidance infrastructure that lets the platform organisation move as a coherent unit.

You will directly lead four functions: Product Analytics, Market Intelligence, Quality and Standards, and GTM Enablement. This is a people leadership role. You are building and running a function, not operating as a senior individual contributor.

What you'll own

• The single intake process for product-related asks across the organisation
• The weekly prioritisation cadence and monthly update rhythm across Product, Engineering and Architecture
• The product decision log — open trade-offs, dependencies, escalations, all tracked and closed
• Roadmap confidence visibility across committed, conditional, and deferred work
• Product Portal governance and field guidance currency
• Executive communication packs for founders and senior leadership
• A team of four leads, hired and developed to a high standard

What we're looking for

7+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy and Operations, Chief of Staff, or a comparable operating role. You've built operating cadences from scratch, managed a team, and navigated complex cross-functional environments in enterprise B2B technology.

You create structure that people actually use. You chase decisions without creating drama. You write clearly enough that a founder or EVP can act on what you've prepared. And you're comfortable operating in an environment that is moving fast and does not always have the answers yet.
