GTM Enablement Lead

FutureSecure AI · Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane

About the Company

At Future Secure AI, we're building something genuinely new — and we're looking for people bold enough to build it with us. We work at the frontier of AI, tackling big, real-world problems for global enterprises across multiple industries, armed with state-of-the-art technology and a culture that prizes courage, rigor, and relentless curiosity. Our BRAVER values aren't just words on a wall — they describe the kind of people we are and the standard we hold ourselves to every day. Our leadership team is entrepreneurial, experienced, and accessible, with an open-door policy that means you'll never be just a number here. We invest seriously in your growth because we know our success depends on yours. If you're ready to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, push into uncharted territory, and do work that genuinely matters, Future Secure AI is the place for you.

Future Secure AI builds AI Co-Workers that execute real operational work inside enterprise businesses. Our platform is technically complex, evolving fast, and being sold into some of the most demanding enterprise environments in the market.

When Sales and Marketing are in front of customers, they need to speak about what our platform actually does with precision and confidence. Not approximations. Not guesses. This role makes that possible.

We're looking for a GTM Enablement Lead to be the single source of truth between our product and the people representing it to customers.

What you'll own

You'll own the capability guidance framework that tells field teams what to say, what not to say, and why. You'll turn complex platform updates into clear, actionable language before the next customer conversation happens. You'll maintain the GTM content in our Product Portal, run the monthly product update rhythm, and build the feedback loop that brings field intelligence back into Product.

This is an individual contributor role. Your impact is measured by the quality of your output and how much it changes behaviour in the field — not headcount.

What we're looking for

10+ years in GTM Enablement, Technical Product Marketing or Marketing Communications in a B2B technology environment. You've communicated technically complex products to enterprise audiences before and have a track record of producing field-facing content that people actually use.

You're a precise writer who makes complex things simple without losing accuracy. You understand what Sales needs and why. You can have a credible conversation with an engineer without needing everything translated. And you're comfortable writing useful guidance even when the product is still being resolved — because in a scale-up, it always is.

Why FSAI

You'll be working on a platform that is genuinely reshaping how enterprise organisations operate, at a company that moves fast and holds the bar high. You'll have real ownership of a function that matters to every customer conversation we have.

Competitive salary, equity, and a role where your output is visible from day one.
