WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Lease Administrator, you manage lease documentation and data processes to ensure accurate contract handling, compliance, and timely information for business decisions across the Sales Market.
- Coordinate and secure routines for contract execution and documentation handling in your market, ensuring all contracts are signed correctly and followed up
- Advise on missing data to secure 100% accuracy in LIMA and other systems, providing data audits on co-tenancy, key dates, and rent terms
- Secure that rent payments are made correctly by providing relevant information to the accounting department, including updating recurring entries and executing payments through SAP
- Prepare documentation for accruals connected to lease agreements and send monthly and yearly turnover figures to landlords
- Coach and train expansion functions on correct data input and system management, sharing ways of working and best practices across markets
- Collaborate with legal, controlling, accounting, facilities, and construction teams to verify lease information and provide cross-functional support

You'll work closely Lease Manager, partnering with Accounting, Legal and other relevant stakeholders.
This role will be reporting to the Expansion Manager.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people who…
- Have a degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bring proven experience working with contract management or document handling
- Have previous experience within controlling or legal functions, either at H&M or in an external organization working with legal documentation and contract management
- Are proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
