ประจำวัน 

1. ตรวจสอบรายงานคู่สัญญาแม่บ้าน 

a. ตรวจสมุดรายงานหัวหน้าแม่บ้านประจำวัน (3 ท่าน)

b. ตรวจใบเซ็นต์ชื่อจุดปฎิบัติงานแต่ละอาคารประจำวัน (อาคาร1,2,พลาซ่า,คอนโด,ลานจอดรถ)

c. ตรวจสอบและแจ้งซ่อมพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง

2. ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยพื้นที่ส่วนกลางโดยรอบทุกอาคารรวมถึงการปฎิบัติงาน รปภ. แม่บ้านประจำจุด

3. ตรวจสอบผู้รับเหมาในการปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ (ตกแต่งและรื้อถอน) ให้ปฎิบัติงานตามระเบียบของอาคาร

4. ติดต่อประสานงานผู้รับเหมาเข้าตรวจสอบพื้นที่ซ่อมแซมพร้อมใบเสนอราคา(จัดทำMEMO)

5. อำนวยความสะดวกรับลูกค้ามาติดต่อเคาร์เตอร์ (ช่วง12.00-13.00 น.)

ประจำสัปดาห์

1. จัดทำค่าแรงแม่บ้าน(กรอกข้อมูลการปฎิบัติงานประจำวันทุกจุด)

2. สำรวจพื้นที่ Site walk

3. อบรมแม่บ้านรวมแถวก่อนเลิกงาน (วันพุธ) เวลาประมาณ 15.45 น.

4. ตรวจแผนการเข้าทำงานของแม่บ้านในวันเสาร์และวันอาทิตย์ (ตรงตามแผนงาน)

ประจำเดือน

1. ประชุมกับคู่สัญญาอย่างน้อยเดือนละ 1 ครั้ง

2. ตรวจสอบรายงานการประชุมคู่สัญญา(แม่บ้าน)ประจำงวดเดือน

3. สรุปค่าแรงแม่บ้านประจำงวดเดือน

4. ตรวจสอบรายการเครื่องมือทำความสะอาดและอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาดประจำงวดเดือน

5. ตรวจสอบรายงานการใช้กระดาษชำระประจำงวดเดือน

6. ตรวจสอบรายงานรายการวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองและน้ำยาสารเคมีต่างๆ

7. ตรวจสอบแผนการปฏิบัติงานแม่บ้านประจำงวดเดือน

8. ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานรักาความสะอาดประจำงวดเดือน (KPI)

9. จัดส่งเอกสารให้กับเจ้าของร่วมและผู้เช่าประชาสัมพันธ์ประจำงวดเดือน (อาคารB โดยประมาณ 60 บริษัท)

10. ประชุม คปอ.และตรวจพื้นที่โดยรอบอาคาร
