QC Specialist I

     

JOB DESCRIPTION:

职位目标 Job Purpose:

根据适用的法规、公司政策及风险管理结果建立、落实及完善产品实现过程中的检测体系，确保检验测试活动合规、高效运行。

Establish, implement and improve the inspection and testing system in the product realization process in accordance with applicable regulations, company policies as well as risk management output to ensure all activities are compliant, effective and efficient.

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:

遵守GMP和GDP及EHS要求和规定，遵循SOP要求执行操作。

Comply with GMP and GDP and EHS requirements; Operate following SOP.

按时完成检验活动，确保实验产生的数据的准确性、完整性和可靠性

Perform testing on time. Ensure the accuracy, integrity and reliability of the data generated.

对实验中出现的偏差及异常进行调查并及时报告经理。

Report to manager timely when deviation and abnormal occurs.

起草和修订相关部门文件。

Drafting and revising relevant department documents.

负责QC物料及设备的管理，协助经理做部分实验室管理工作。

Responsible for the management of QC material and equipment, assist manager to undertake management work in QC.

参与实验室项目管理工作，参与新方法的建立/转移和验证工作

Participate in laboratory project management, participate in the establishment or transfer and validation of new methods.

完成其他由上级安排的任务

Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

任职条件Qualifications:

文化程度Education:

• 大专或以上学历，生物、药学或其他相关专业优先。
• College degree or above, major in biology, pharmacy or other related fields priority.

任职经验Working Experience:

• 1年以上实验室工作经验，或有管理培训实习生或类似经验的应届研究毕业生。
• More than 1 year laboratory work experience, or management trainee internship or similar experience of graduate student with Master degree.

专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill:

• 熟悉GDP，GMP要求。
• Knowledge of GDP and GMP.

计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:

• 电脑使用熟练。
• Good commend of computer.
• 具备中英文书写能力。
• Written skills in Chinese and English.

能力要求Competency:

• 勤奋刻苦，吃苦耐劳，细心。
• Diligent and hard-working, careful.
• 较强的领悟能力，责任心。
• Strong responsibility sense, and good understanding on new knowledge.
• 团队精神。
• Good team work spirit.
