Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to plan and integrate solutions that span multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining high standards throughout the application lifecycle. The role includes continuous testing activities focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The Quality Engineer develops and implements automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Active participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing enhancements to the testing process, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of the software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of quality practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and documentation to support project requirements.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects and provide detailed reports.
- Knowledge of environment and data configuration to support testing activities.
Additional Information:
