- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of best practices in test automation to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing strategies with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and implement innovative testing tools and methodologies to improve automation efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks.
- Experience in integrating automation tools with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex testing requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
- Skilled in monitoring and optimizing automated test suites to ensure reliability and performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing accuracy and coverage.
