Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves utilizing established quality processes and automation methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role focuses on managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with an emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity. This position requires continuous engagement with testing frameworks and tools to ensure seamless execution of end-to-end quality assurance activities, fostering improvements in efficiency and reliability throughout the testing process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Maintain and update automation scripts to align with evolving project requirements and quality standards.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing testing processes to enhance overall product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Worksoft Certify.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Familiarity with integrating automation tools into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and testing teams to align automation efforts with project goals.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Worksoft Certify.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
